I was planning to travel abroad instead of attending drama school – I’d saved a lot of money to go traveling, and I just applied to drama school for experience. Before I made my final travel plans, I auditioned for a drama school just so I could see what it was like – but I ended up earning a place in the school I auditioned for. I can’t help but wonder what would’ve happened if I had gone traveling instead. Would I have had the same career opportunities? Would I be doing this show? It’s all about timing, and maybe it is about fate and destiny. I don’t know. But I think it’s fascinating to consider.
